Full Maintenance
Complete servicing at a fixed price
Would you prefer an annual fixed budget for machine servicing so you can focus on your core competences? If so, our Full Maintenance package is the ideal solution for you. Apart from routine monthly and annual servicing work, we also carry out unplanned servicing and repairs with this comprehensive package. The fixed price includes spare and wear parts as well as the exchange of all filters, oils, and lubricants as defined in the service manual. We are developing measures on an ongoing basis to make maintenance ever more efficient.

Basic Maintenance
Servicing in safe hands
The Basic Maintenance option ensures greater machine availability, routine calibration of measuring systems, and personal expert advice for your machine operators. These contracts usually include the work that is specified in the service manual to be performed semi-annually and annually. In addition to inspecting the work systems, we also regularly calibrate and certify the measuring systems. Basic Maintenance also entails inspections based on the VEDO principle and the corresponding audit reports; the reports include a list of the spare parts needed.

Inspection
Periodic checks by qualified technical specialists
An Inspection contract is the solution for minimizing the risk of breakdowns and maximizing availability. It includes routine machine inspections by our technical specialists. Inspections take place either directly at the worksite or in the workshop. The documentation process follows the standardized VEDO principle. You will receive an audit report and, if necessary, a list of spare parts needed. Inspection contracts provide all the information you need for the preventive replacement of parts. This makes preventive maintenance solutions possible.

Technical Assistance
The certainty of qualified technical support
Technical Assistance means being able to count on Plasser & Theurer specialist technicians wherever and whenever you need them. We service your machine on scheduled dates and also in emergencies. We immediately perform small repairs to restore operability. You can combine these core Technical Assistance offerings with the services of the Basic Maintenance package, if you wish. It’s also possible to integrate preventive maintenance services or periodic inspections in line with the VEDO principle. This includes an audit report and a spare parts catalogue.
