DiVA – Planning of large-scale construction projects

Every work site is unique. Therefore, choosing the "right" construction method is complex and depends on different parameters.

IVE Consulting Company for Traffic and Railway Engineering has developed a procedure for the comparison of simplified work site scenarios.

The online application DiVA, a tool for digital process analysis, makes it possible to simulate different work site scenarios using freely configurable work site models. With just a few clicks, work site parameters such as length, position of track installations or number of shifts can be defined. A concise report allows you to use parts of the renowned work site organisation tool SOG © to compare the individual options.

Track renewal with ballast cleaning or formation rehabilitation? DiVA enables you to simulate the work site organisation easily and quickly. The report produced informs in detail on the costs involved, the work site organisation and the resulting construction time.
