The latest machine added to the machine fleet of Infrakos Infrastructure of Kosovo Railways is the SWM 15 sleeper exchange machine. Put into operation in 2016, the machine has already proven its efficiency in the revitalisation of the railway lines between Serbia and Macedonia.

The railway line to Cuxhaven running to the north-west from Hamburg was renovated in stages.
