This year, we will be showcasing a new generation of powerful machines specially designed for the increasing requirements of the market and the need for sustainable rail infrastructure. With the continuous-action 2-sleeper tamping machine Plasser UnimatExpress 2X-4x4 Dynamic and the ballast profiling machine Plasser BallastMaster 410, we will demonstrate two of the main products in our track maintenance portfolio live on the outdoor exhibition area.

At our indoor stand, we will present comprehensive solutions for the full on-track machine life cycle, from spare and wear parts to our tailored Life Cycle Services and innovative Digital Services. A special highlight will be the Plasser TampingReport, which transparently documents the relevant tamping data, and provides valuable insights for analysis and optimization. By monitoring filling and tamping via sensors, Plasser TampingControl improves the tamping cycle and helps the operator automatically adjust the tamping parameters to the respective ballast bed conditions. Alongside our current research topics, we will present a modern turnouts and crossings measuring system that enables full turnout inspection without having to go out onto the track.
