The ZRM 350 cleaning machine during a typical night-time operation in Switzerland. With or without track: the excavating chain always produces an exact formation.
The PA 1-20 ES single-sleeper laying system is particularly suited for new track laying on short sections of track.
Thanks to the electronic distance measurement, the machine places the sleepers on the formation fully automatically and exact to the millimetre, not only on straight sections of track but also radially in curves.
Large scale operation for the welding robot in Georgia.
APT 1500 RC rail welding robot in Georgia, proves that we have met this challenge SUCCESSFULLY over and over again. 1,200 defective welded joints on a track section of 25 kilometres: the APT 1500 RC welding robot demonstrates its strengths on the main line of the Georgian Railway between the Caspian Sea and the Black Sea.
Turnout tamping with simultaneous supply of new ballast.
In the Unimat 09-475/4S N-Dynamic we combined a universal tamping machine and supply of new ballast for the first time – with resounding success. During turnout maintenance, no separate ballast is needed. As a result, it is no longer necessary to pre-deposit ballast during additional track possessions.
And, a new wheelset press is used in our Linz factory.
