To send you our newsletter and information on Plasser & Theurer events, technical literature and other important topics from the world of track maintenance, we kindly ask for your consent to the following forms of data processing in compliance with the Data Protection Regulation:

Processing and using your personal data

You give your consent to the processing of your personal data (your name, email address, company, country and language) by Plasser & Theurer for the purpose of sending you the newsletter.

Analysis of the newsletter community

To send and improve the newsletter and to make it more user-friendly, we use a distribution and analysis tool of CleverReach, based in the EU. The tool analyses the general user behaviour. Your personal behaviour is not analysed.

Duration of storage / deletion

We store your personal data for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. Once you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your data will be deleted within a period of 30 days.

Data transfer

We do not transfer your data to third parties, subject to the exceptions mentioned above.

Your rights

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to compliance@plassertheurer.com or by using the respective link in the newsletter. In the event that such a revocation shall be made, the newsletter can no longer be used. In addition, you have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. Please contact us if you wish to use your rights.

If you are of the opinion that the processing of your data violates data protection regulations or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria the competent supervisory authority is the Data Protection Authority [Datenschutzbehörde].
